How do I send my photos/videos to Infinity Moments DVD?
If you are sending photos or documents to be scanned by
Infinity Moments DVD, please make sure you safely package your items.
We recommend placing each section of pictures in separate labeled ziplock bags and then
adding a layer of bubblewrap or newspaper to a small box to protect your pictures/documents
from sliding around in transit. If you are sending videos, you can include DVD,
VHS, or CD-R copies with all of your materials. You can also include a CD-R of all your
pictures if you you’d prefer to scan them in yourself.

Will I get my pictures back?
Once Infinity Moments DVD scans in all of your documents and produces
your unique memory DVD we will package all of your original materials together with
your new DVD and send back to you immediately.
Rush processing and shipping are available for added cost.

What is the process of getting my own Infinity Moments DVD?
Once you make the decision to order an Infinity Moments DVD,
your first step is to gather all of your materials and organize them according to how
you’d like them to appear on the big screen. Usually our customers like to organize
their pictures/documents and videos themselves, but occasionally we do get the request
to take the stress off of your shoulders and put it together ourselves. After you’ve
gathered your materials, contact us at order@infinitymoments.com with your order
information (how many pictures, the theme of your DVD, additional questions, etc.).
We will then contact you with our shipping address and further shipping details.
Once we receive your package, we will immediately begin processing your order.
We’ll contact you once we’ve processed all of your materials and send you an invoice with
the final sale price. Once your invoice has been paid, we will begin working on producing
your DVD. It usually takes 5-7 days to complete your order. We will then contact you to let
you know we are sending your materials back to you. We ALWAYS include a tracking number
with our orders so you always know where your belongings are at all times.
Infinity Moments DVD strives to make you happy. If you watch your DVD and are unhappy with
it, please contact us and we’ll correct it for you at no extra charge.

How do I know which pictures to use? OR How many pictures should I use?
Infinity Moments DVD recommends that you use pictures that are clear
and in focus and where the subject isn’t too small or far away. You’ll want to include
all the photos that capture your theme. For example, if you’re creating a Memorial DVD
for a loved one, you’ll want to add photos from all aspects of that person’s
life – friends, family, childhood, etc. The general rule is that you want to
include photos that bring back memories, make people smile, and capture the
essence of your theme. The number of photos you include is up to you.
Infinity Moments DVD has done projects that include as few as
75 pictures and as many as 600+ photos.

I have 100 photos. How long of a DVD is that?
Each photo plus transition take about 8 seconds. A 100 photo project will be 10-15 minutes.
Each photo will be on the screen for about 6 seconds.

How many songs should I choose?
The number of songs depends on the length of each song.
Plan on about 7-8 photos per minute. We can crop songs to fit the mood of the
project or extend the viewing time on certain pictures to match the length of the music.

What are transitions and which ones should I use?
Transitions are the small effects in between photos that “transition”
from one photo to the next and transform your pictures from still pieces
into moving works of art. We can use standard “fade” transitions throughout
your project, or add more technical transitions for no extra charge.

How should I choose the order my photos will appear?
Choosing the perfect order for your memories can be stressful!
There is never just one right way to select the order. The most important thing
to remember is your DVD is for YOUR memories, make it special to you! Our customers
generally order their pictures either chronologically or by event.
Wedding DVDs, for example, can be organized in a couple of different ways:
1. Bride’s Baby Pictures, Groom's Baby Pictures, Pictures Together OR
2. Bride and Groom baby pictures mixed together fading into their lives together.
If you are having trouble organizing your photos, Infinity Moments DVD can take
the burden out of your hands and organize your memories for you!

What if I don’t want to send photos? They’re the only copies I have!!!
If you don’t feel comfortable sending your photos to Infinity Moments DVD,
you can scan them in yourself or take them to a local photo lab where they can
then scan your memories for a fee and save them in .jpg files and write them to a disc.
You will then send your disc to Infinity Moments DVD and we will create your DVD.

Can I add black and white photos to my project?
Yes! You can add photos and documents of any style to your DVD.
You can also add effects to your color pictures including black and white,
sepia tones, red tones, etc. Ask about special effects!

What if I have a certain way I want my pictures to be displayed?
Infinity Moments DVD strives to make your project perfect.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns throughout the production of your DVD,
please feel free to contact us. We will be actively communicating with you
through the entire process

Can I pick my own music? OR Can you pick music for my project, I’m overwhelmed…
If you have specific songs you’d like to use in your project, we’d love to use them!
You can choose songs off of our suggested song library OR supply your own.
Please note: If you are requesting a song that Infinity Moments DVD does not own,
you will have to supply the OFFICIAL LEGAL CD the song came on, or
Infinity Moments DVD will purchase the song on your behalf.

Can you put video clips into my DVD?
Yes! Nothing brings forth more emotion from your project then
a “live” memory of specific events. You can add video clips in your slideshow for
an additional charge. We accept the following formats: VHS, DVD, MiniDv, .mpg, .mpeg and .avi.

If you scan in all of my photos, can I get them on a disc for later?
Yes! For a small fee, we can write all of your files to a CDR
disc so that you can archive your pictures and make additional prints if necessary.

What happens if I want an extra copy? OR I’ve lost my copy…HELP!!
Infinity Moments DVD stores your project on file for one full year.
You can rest assured knowing you can order additional copies of your
project within the year. Longer time period archives are available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
Infinity Moments DVD accepts PayPal for all DVD payments.
Using PayPal is the quickest safest way to pay online, and gives us the opportunity
to begin working on your special project immediately upon receipt of your payment.
